The Macross watch order links every era of the franchise, from SDF Macross through Plus, 7, Frontier, and Delta, across TV series, movies, and OVAs in chronological order. Begin with the original series (Episodes 1-36) and its film Do You Remember Love?, then Flashback 2012. Move through the Macross Plus OVA series and its movie edition, followed by Macross 7 (Episodes 1-49) with its Encore and Dynamite OVAs and The Galaxy's Calling Me! film. Macross Frontier (Episodes 1-25) comes next, capped by The False Songstress and The Wings of Farewell movies, with FB 7 as an optional recap. Macross Delta (Episodes 1-26) and its closing OVA finish the run. Several entries here are marked optional, so if you want the essential correct order, stick to the main TV series and their headline films and treat the recap movies and side OVAs as extras.
