# Negima! Watch Order Also known as: Mahou Sensei Negima! Source: https://www.animechrono.com/franchise/negima Last updated: 2026-10-29 Last checked against current sources: 2026-10-29 Maintained by the AnimeChrono community. 6 entries in chronological viewing order. The Negima! watch order covers two 26-episode TV series, two OVA sets, the Anime Final movie and a final 12-episode season, sequenced correctly. Start with the first series, episodes 1-26, which introduces ten-year-old teacher Negi Springfield and his class of magically gifted students. Follow it with the second 26-episode series, then work through the two OVA runs — a three-part set and a four-part set — that expand on the story between adaptations. The Anime Final movie comes next, leading into the closing 12-episode season that wraps up this order. Because Negima was adapted several times with differing continuities, watching in this arrangement keeps the OVAs and film beside the series they belong to rather than jumbling the timeline. If you're deciding where to start, the first series' episode 1 is the entry point. This is the full order including all OVAs and the movie for the complete Negima anime experience from Xebec. ## Recommended first watch Watch Negima! (2005, 26 episodes) or the Shaft reimagining Negima!? (2006, 26 episodes); they are two takes on the start of the manga. The OVAs White Wing (2008) and Another World (2009-2010) follow the manga more closely and lead into the film Anime Final (2011). UQ Holder! (2017) is a sequel set decades later. ## Start here Start with Episodes 1-26 (Negima!). 2 entries are optional: OVA Episodes 1-3 (Mahou Sensei Negima!: White Wing/Ala Alba) and OVA Episodes 1-4 (Mahou Sensei Negima!: Another World).
