The Nichijou - My Ordinary Life watch order begins with Episode 0, then runs the 26-episode Kyoto Animation series. Start with Episode 0, a standalone that was released ahead of the main show and introduces the absurd humor and cast, before moving into episodes 1-26. Watching Episode 0 first eases you into the comedy's rhythm, though the main series is fully enjoyable on its own if you'd rather jump straight to episode 1. From there the show plays as a loosely connected string of sketches following Yuuko, Mio, Mai, the robot Nano and her creator the Professor through their gloriously ordinary yet chaotic daily lives. Because it's a comedy of vignettes, there's no complex continuity to track — the correct order is simply Episode 0 followed by the numbered episodes. This is the complete watch order for the anime, with no movies or additional seasons to add after the 26-episode run.

## The order

1. Season 1: Episode 0 (OVA) — optional
2. Season 1: Episodes 1-26
