# Shaman King Watch Order Also known as: Shaman King (2021), Shaman King: Flowers, Shaman King (2001) Source: https://www.animechrono.com/franchise/shaman-king Last updated: 2026-10-31 Last checked against current sources: 2026-10-30 AnimeChrono watch orders put every season, movie, OVA, ONA and special in chronological story order, mark optional entries, say where to start, and are maintained by signed-in fans with versioned edits that can be reverted (3 entries in this order). The Shaman King watch order comes down to picking an adaptation. The 2021 remake, Shaman King (Episodes 1-52), is the main path: it adapts the complete manga, from Yoh Asakura befriending Manta in Tokyo to the end of the Shaman Fight to choose the Shaman King. Its sequel, Shaman King: Flowers (Episodes 1-13, 2024), follows Yoh and Anna's son, Hana, and only follows on from the 2021 series. The 2001 series (Episodes 1-64) is the alternative path that many fans grew up with: it covers roughly the first half of the manga and then gives the story an anime-original ending. Watch the 2021 series if you want the full story and Flowers, or the 2001 series for the classic version; you do not need both. ## Recommended first watch Watch Shaman King (2021, 52 episodes), then Shaman King: Flowers (2024, 13), the sequel about Yoh's son.
