A new page lists what's airing and what's still to come this season, and links to the watch order when AnimeChrono has one. Each season keeps its own address, like /season/2026-fall. Recent edits to watch orders are also available as RSS and Atom feeds, and the site can be installed from the browser.

Discover is now Wanted. It's a board of trending, popular and lesser-known anime that don't have a watch order on AnimeChrono yet. If a new season or movie belongs in an order that already exists, its poster takes you to that franchise so it can be added. Everything else starts a new watch order in one click.

The main nav now says what's behind each link: Watch orders for every order on the site, and Wanted for the ones still to be built. The Watch orders page now opens with search and filters, so you can get to the order you came for faster.

A site-wide visual pass. Navigation and panels are quieter so the key art carries the color, and pages use more of a large monitor, with the sidebar showing on wider screens. Poster grids now fit any window size, and loading screens match the page they're loading. Every dialog and dropdown was rebuilt to work properly with a keyboard and screen readers.

Explicit (18+) anime now have a separate section behind an age check, and stay off the homepage, the feed, lists and search. To include them in search and the Watch orders list, turn on Show adult titles in Settings.

Every entry now has a Watch button that lists the services streaming it, using AniList's streaming links. When an entry doesn't have links of its own, it shows the ones for its series or franchise and tells you so.

Found an entry in the wrong place or a missing movie? Anyone can report a problem with a single entry or a whole order, signed in or not. Reports go straight to the team, and fixes show up as normal edits in the order's History.

Added Daemons of the Shadow Realm, Blue Box, The Elusive Samurai, Aoashi, Tougen Anki, Ranma ½ and The Island of Giant Insects.

Attack on Titan Season 2 had ended up with a page of its own. It's now part of the main Attack on Titan order, and anyone who was tracking it was moved over with their progress.

The homepage now opens on a featured watch order you can start right away. Recent edits show exactly what changed in each order, and the changed entries animate into place. The orders most people are tracking are front and center, and a short line sums up what everyone did this week.

Watch orders now show how many people are at each point in the order, with a few of their avatars.

When someone finishes a whole watch order, it now appears in the live feed, where others can like it.

Signing up now shows a real watch order on the way in. If you started from a franchise page, you land back on it with the show already tracked. New accounts get an anime character avatar until they upload their own.

Get an email when a watch order you track changes, with a list of what changed. A weekly digest rounds up new watch orders and edits to the shows you follow. If you edit an order, you'll also hear when your edit is approved. Manage it all in Settings → Email, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Pick your username when you sign up. After that, choose a few shows to track or import your AniList list in one step. Email confirmation links now work on any device, not just the browser you signed up in.

Every signed-in member can now fix a franchise's watch order: reorder entries, split episode blocks, and add movies and OVAs. Many edits go live right away, while removals, big changes and the most popular franchises get a quick review first. Every change is saved in the order's History tab and can be undone, and anyone tracking the franchise is notified.

We removed Aura points, eras and quests. They mostly stood between people and editing, so contributing no longer needs anything unlocked first. Your profile now shows how many of your edits have been merged.

Every watch order now answers the common questions on the page: where to start, how many episodes it is, where the movies fit, what you can skip, and whether it's finished. Orders are also published as plain text that AI assistants can read, so when they cite AnimeChrono they get the order right.

Detective Conan was missing episodes 345–353; they're back. We also removed duplicate entries from seven orders, including Fairy Tail, and corrected details in six others. Four orders that had stopped partway through a broadcast are now up to date.

Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon is finished, Pokémon Horizons has been added, and Beyblade Burst now runs through Sparking and its last two seasons.

We now regularly check every watch order for seasons, movies and OVAs released since it was last updated. Any additions are proposed for review, so long-running franchises stay current.

Every franchise now has a description written for AnimeChrono instead of a copied synopsis. Long descriptions get a Read more toggle so the order stays near the top of the page.

Your watchlist is now one click away from the main nav. A new by-entry view lays out every individual episode block, movie, and OVA you're tracking as a sortable spreadsheet — filter by title, change status inline, and see a running completion percentage. Sortable columns also came to the franchise list view.

Phones and tablets now get a floating bottom tab bar for quick access to Chronicles, Discover, Quests, and your Watchlist — no more digging through the top nav on small screens.

Franchise cards across AnimeChrono now use a poster-first design — the cover art fills each card with the title, entry count, and curator overlaid on top. Browse pages and the homepage also show more cards per row.

The search box in the nav now shows results as you type. Anime that already have a watch order get a View button, and the rest get Create. Seasons that live inside a bigger franchise point you to that franchise.

New franchise pages from first-time contributors now get a quick review before they're published, which keeps duplicates and broken orders off the site.

Signed in, the homepage now greets you with what the community did this week, a featured franchise, and a Continue watching card that picks up where you left off.

AnimeChrono has a sister site: GameChrono, with community-curated play orders for video game series. Switch between the two from the menu next to the logo.

When a search doesn't find an order on AnimeChrono, you can start one for that anime right from the results.

Create curated watch routes for any franchise — Newcomer, Completionist, Chronological, or Manga Reader. Pick entries from the master order, drag to reorder, and submit for community review. Approved chronicles appear on the franchise page for everyone.

Chronicles now save as private drafts first. Review your route, then submit for community review when ready. You can withdraw or delete at any time. Admins provide reject reasons so you know what to fix.

A progress bar now shows how close you are to reaching Wanderer era across franchise pages, your profile, and contribution gates. Era promotions and franchise completions trigger celebratory toasts.

Every franchise page now shows a persistent card inviting you to propose edits, add curator notes, or create a chronicle — with copy that adapts based on your era and login status.

Wanderer+ users can propose a watch-order note on any entry directly from the franchise page without opening the full editor.

Franchise pages now have a dedicated Chronicles tab showing community-curated watch routes, with a full browser page for filtering by route type and sorting.

Upvote or downvote community chronicles, follow routes to bookmark them, and track your progress through each route with per-entry checkboxes.

Authors with 3+ approved chronicles and zero rejections now skip the admin review queue — their submissions go live immediately.

Duplicate chronicles, routes that match the default order exactly, and single-entry submissions are now automatically blocked at submit time with helpful error messages.

Chronicles that reference entries no longer in the master order, or are missing new entries, now show an amber 'behind main' indicator.

Removed dead-end Popular Season and Hidden Gems sections. Added Most Popular franchises (from real analytics) and Popular Chronicles sections. Update cards in the sidebar are now clickable.

The 'Create a Chronicle' button on the Chronicles index now opens a search-first dialog instead of silently redirecting to Discover.

Franchise cards now show the actual creator instead of always defaulting to Pyrat. A new created_by column tracks who created each franchise going forward.

A bell icon in the nav now shows when someone likes your activity, you complete a quest, or reach a new era. Notifications group repeated likes and can be marked as read individually or all at once.

Every franchise now has a Discussions tab where you can start threads and reply to others. Replies support likes, and discussion authors get notified when someone responds.

Activity items on user profiles now show like counts and a like button, matching the home feed and franchise sidebar.

After importing your AniList watch history, anime that aren't on AnimeChrono yet now appear with cover art and a link to create a watch order for them.

Fixed an issue where likes on activity feed items could visually revert after clicking. Likes now stick reliably across all feeds.

Logged-out users now see a "Track Your Progress" button in the hero, the Edit pill in the tab bar, and an inline CTA after the watch order — making it easier to discover what you can do with an account.

Shop links, recent activity, and similar anime now appear below the watch order on mobile instead of being hidden.

The navigation bar now uses a progressive blur with a smooth gradient fade at the bottom edge for a cleaner scroll experience.
