The Soul Eater watch order comes in two parts: the original 51-episode series first, followed by the 12-episode spin-off. Start with Episodes 1-51, the main run that follows Maka, Soul, and the students of Death Weapon Meister Academy from beginning to end as one continuous story. After finishing the finale, move on to the second block, Episodes 1-12, the Soul Eater NOT! spin-off, which is set in the same world and best watched after the original since it fleshes out the surrounding cast. There are no movies to worry about, so the whole sequence is just those two series in order.
