The Steins;Gate watch order covers all 24 episodes of the original 2011 series plus the alternate Episode 23β, two OVAs, and the feature film, so you can watch everything in the correct order. Begin with the main run of Episodes 1-22, then the branching Episode 23β before continuing through the standard finale in Episodes 23-24. Once the TV series wraps, move on to the side stories: the Egoistic Poriomania OVA followed by Valentine's of Crystal Polymorphism: Bittersweet Intermedio. Save Steins;Gate: The Movie − Load Region of Déjà Vu for last, since it takes place after the events of the show and rewards you for finishing the series first. This chronological sequence keeps the time-travel plot coherent and makes clear where each OVA and the movie slot in relative to the numbered episodes, which matters more here than in most franchises given how the story loops back on itself. Steins;Gate is part of the Science Adventure series: Chaos;Head, Chaos;Child and Robotics;Notes, which is best watched after Steins;Gate, are covered on the Science Adventure watch order page.

AnimeChrono watch orders put every season, movie, OVA, ONA and special for a franchise in chronological story order, the order the events happen. When an OVA or movie takes place partway through a season, the episode range is split so it sits where it belongs. Entries you can skip are marked optional, and each order says where to start. Release order, sorted by air date, is a secondary view once every entry has a date. The orders began as a hand-curated set, and episode counts and air dates come from AniList. Fans maintain the orders from there. Any signed-in user can edit one. Edits from trusted contributors go live right away and the rest are reviewed first. Every change is versioned and can be reverted, and each order shows when it was last updated and last checked.
